AFTER remodeling is complete - An "L" was remodeled to create a master suite, a main bath, and a mud room/laundry/guest bath.  A second story was added to incorporate these spaces.

Matching the details to the existing home ties the new space to the old.

MASTER SUITE

The master bedroom windows offer light and a beautiful country view.

A slipper tub adds comfort to luxury.

The owners had a lot of requests for this vanity space.  Through very careful planning, it all worked out.

Custom tiled walk-in shower with built-in seat, glass doors, recessed lighting.

Lots of plumbing, niches, and accessories but all were needed.

MUD ROOM/LAUNDRY/GUEST BATH

A seat in the mud room is a good idea.

A laundry room doesn't have to be boring.

Storage opportunities were very important to the owner. 

A guest bath is directly off this spacious laundry area.

Attention to details is not lost in the guest bath.  Transom windows and a chandelier bring exceptional light to the room.  A pivoting mirror adds another interesting feature. 

The glass shelves and tiled frames of the niches created in the shower carry the theme of the old world moldings in this historical home. 

Wainscot and farmhouse cabinet pulls appear throughout the baths in this remodel.

MAIN BATH

We didn't overlook the details in the main bath used by the children.

A change up for the style of the wainscot, and more of the custom trim moldings we milled to match the homes original trim.
